From a legendary planting in Mendocino County these vines are hand farmed on decomposing sandstone that’s the result of ancient volcanic activity. The fruit was harvested early September, 2021 before whole cluster pressing and fermentation in neutral French oak barrels, and aged on lees for 18 months. Our Chenin Blanc shows freshly cut apple, peach skin, jasmine, and finishes with a cleansing minerality.
The wine was over the top with its aromatic depth, texture, and refreshing acidity.

This wine is light and crisp, with lively acidity and mouth-watering minerality. Notes of zesty lemon-lime citrus, granny smith apple, and papaya, with very subtle hints of brown sugar and clover honey that round out the fruit.
