Ripe red fruits, dried cranberries, eucalyptus and barrel spice attributes will hit your nose. On the palate the entry is smooth and elegant with concentrated flavors of cherry pie, baking spice and candied red fruits. A pinot with substantial palate weight and a long finish that will age beautifully.
Twenty-nine Pinot Noir barrels from the Bohème single-vineyard program were selected for the 2018 vintage of West Pole Pinot Noir. Each component was estate-grown (including six Pinot Noir selections averaging 30% whole cluster fermentation) and aged 22 months in 10% new French Oak barrels.
