The 2018 Intentus Napa Valley Syrah, Coombsville AVA, leads with vibrant aromatics of rich dark fruit, blackberries, wild strawberry, lilacs, and hibiscus flowers generously sprinkled with exotic wood spices. Complex flavors of ripe dark fruit compote, red licorice, and hints of hibiscus flower, lilacs, and wild strawberries with a dried cherry lift on the finish. This incredibly round, medium-bodied wine offers supple tannins and a silky mouthfeel that seduces your senses and your palate all the way to its long mouthwatering finish that just doesn’t quit.

Fermented in a small conical stainless-steel tank and aged in 33% new Francois Freres French oak barrels for 22 months.
