2021 Red Thread Howell Mountain Red Blend

Ripe red and blue fruits, cedary spice, and herbs all emerge from the 2021 Red Blend, a juicy, complex, medium-bodied blend of 66% Zinfandel, 24% Cabernet Sauvignon, and the rest Petite Sirah. It picks up some substantial tannins on the finish, but it's nicely balanced, has good purity, and lots of charm. I'd happily drink a glass any time over the coming 4-6 years.
