2016 Rios Wine Co. Cabernet Sauvignon

A small production of 300 cases from a single vineyard in Stag’s Leap.  Manny Rios has been farming the vineyard for 40 years and has intimate knowledge on how to bring the best out of the grapes for his wine. Distinctly Stag's Leap with mountain herbs, blackberries, blueberries, boysenberries and balanced dollops of vanilla from the French oak aging.  A velvety rich texture opens the door for ripe tannins that linger but never overpower.
